Some Good Stuff ...

These crackers by Simple Mills definitely have the yum factor. Surprisingly, they are made with almond flour, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. And they’re gluten free. They are also made with cassava (ever heard of it?) which is a root vegetable. Cassava is a really hardy plant that is native to South America. What I like about these crackers is that they have less than one gram of sugar per serving and with having nuts and seeds in them, have good fats. Also, almonds have multiple of the B vitamins in them and support collagen production which is great for your skin. You can get these delicious crackers in great flavors as Fine Ground Sea Salt, Farmhouse Cheddar and Cracked Black Pepper. I just saw them at Costco as well as Whole Foods and many grocery stores. The crackers have approximately three grams of protein per serving. However, a word of caution, they are so good it is so easy to eat the whole box 😊.
