Book Review: The ADHD and Autism Nutritional Supplement Handbook by Laake & Compart
Friends, this is a great book if you have a child or family member with ADHD, Autism or self-regulation issues. It is very reasonably priced especially considering it has a wealth of information backed by tons of research and experience. This book is written by two women, Dana Godbout Laake, R.D.H., M.S., L.D.N. and Dr. Pamela J. Compart, MD. Both who have tons of experience with helping families with children with challenges. This pair also wrote a great cookbook too. I
